These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Datarym mobile application (the "App") operated by Datarym ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Datarym and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Refund policies are governed by Apple's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Datarym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
